SIFE NZ ALUMNI: IN THE BEGINNING

The SIFE NZ Alumni Association was established by a handful of AUT University graduates who had been involved with SIFE NZ for at least two semesters. Although they had graduated, they couldn’t stay away. But their involvement in other activities and new-found employment limited their ability to be involved in SIFE full time. Fortunately, they were determined to continue giving back to the community through SIFE and witnessing the positive power of business, which in turn led to the development of this association.

It was understood that many other former SIFErs also felt this way so this team of six liaised with other SIFErs – both locally and internationally – to develop a strategy that will allow them and others to remain connected to SIFE and contribute in any way that they can.
